This is getting published very soon, unless you cooperate. I have stood by long enough watching your incessant attacks against a young woman. No more! I was in "Lennono" when this began and I trusted that you were being earnest when you declared Noel Bednaz was stalking you. That is, until you said to everyone "aim your missiles at Westfield", a clear threat. I was in "john-lennon" and I saw you join to harass that woman. She was a member first and you followed her there with the intent to start trouble! You have harassed others in John Hinchcliff's group too! You lost your groups, get over it! Stop blaming others! I was on your side Dennis and you blew it! I opted to remain silent all this time rather than get involved but when you chose to ignore what Noel's own father said to you, that was it for me. I believe Noel now, not you. This is a cyberwar you initiated and nobody ever wins those. What I want from you is simple. I want to see those outdated criminal documents removed from your website for starters, then I want you to drop it with her. If you refuse, I will publish this revealing article I wrote about you. Who do you think others will find more credible? An intelligent guy like me, or someone like yourself who needs a good dose of Prozac? Ponder that a while and get back to me.
Mark
To say its inaccurate is an understatement, so let's pick it apart, shall we?
- The first sentence is blackmail, plain and simple. Do what I say, or this happens. Nice lead.
- The second sentence is about my "incessant attacks"... which is interesting, since I've never attacked Noel once in the 13 years I've been hounded by her. She's built hundreds of libelous websites, infringed countless copyrights, made death threats, sent pornographic eCards, signed me up for unwanted pornographic or gay newsletters... and me? I put all that shit on the one website I built to archive her actions. A website, I might add, that I took down six times of my own volition, to give her a chance to stop.
- He then says he was in Lennono (my John Lennon Yahoogroup that Noel had removed through the use of a fake emailer). I have the member list. He wasn't.
- "That is, until you said to everyone "aim your missiles at Westfield", a clear threat". A clear joke... unless you think John Lennon fans have their own personal missiles and guidance systems.
- john-lennon (@yahoogroups). No, I was there first. By more than a year.
- You have harassed others in John Hinchcliff's group too! Oh really? First of all it's Jon Hinchliffe, second, no I did not, and third, the person who wrote this email (Noel) was only in the group for a very short time, but was friends for a long time with someone named Joe who everyone on the list couldn't stand, including me. It should be mentioned that Jon's group was a Lou Reed discussion list on yahoo, and that Noel joined years after I did, and promptly displayed a complete ignorance of who Lou Reed was and what he did with his career. Her only reason for joining the group was to sabotage me.
- The rest is drivel.
So, what else do we see here? Overuse of exclamation points. Ends with a juvenile insult. Sentences such as
- You lost your groups, get over it!
- Stop blaming others!
- I want to see those outdated criminal documents removed from your website
- This is a cyberwar you initiated and nobody ever wins those.
I've read those sentences before, many times. With the exact same wording. They were written by Noel Bednaz.
So I googled this Mark Smith, and came up with nothing. The guy didn't exist on the web, save for a Google+ profile that was created on - you guessed it - 9 October 2013. A profile that consisted of the name Mark Smith, the gender listed as male, and a profile pic. No other fields filled in.
I did an image search, and the picture turned out to be not Mark Smith, but Dana White, a kickboxing champion. (Noel once listed kickboxing as an interest - see the Ken Granderson page)
So we have a name. A name with no history, of a person who writes exactly like Noel Bednaz, who says the same exact sentences as Noel Bednaz, who ends with an insult just like Noel Bednaz often does, and who litters the landscape with exclamation points, just like Noel Bednaz.
More emails went back and forth, with 'Mark Smith' becoming more angry and Noel-like with each one. Let's just say it didn't take long to figure out who this 'Mark Smith' actually was.
Occam's razor, ya know?
So keep all that in mind when you see the two websites 'Mark Smith' published before vanishing into the ether. I don't recall the exact titles, but they're along the lines of Everything bad is Dennis' fault and All good is due to Noel. And they're completely fabricated unadulterated bullshit.
Why am I not surprised?
You can read more about it on this page.
