The criminal justice system doesn't punish people over allegations. A defendant is innocent until proven guilty. Proven. Guilty. And that burden of proof is on the prosecution.
That's why I wonder how anyone could be fooled by Noel Bednaz' allegations - they never offer proof. She says things and claims them to be factual, but offers no proof of any kind. People are apparently supposed to take her word as truth, and some have.
I've received emails over the years from people who had said they believed Noel Bednaz until she (did something), but now realize that she's been the guilty party all along. I'm paraphrasing, of course, but that's happened at least five times. They believed Noel. They believed a person capable of sending me this eCard in 2001, ostensibly from my (at the time) recently deceased mother. A person capable of building websites, also in 2001, like this and this year, like this.
Notice the eCard where she defamed my deceased mother and the poorly photoshopped website which libels my wife. Keep in mind that my mother had died before any of this started, and my wife has nothing whatsoever to do with any of it. She's attacking innocents to get to me. What kind of person does such a thing? Is this the work of a fine, upstanding, honest citizen? Is this the work of someone with credibility? Can such a person be believed?
Now, look at the site I've built. On the site, which runs into the thousands of pages, I make no allegations whatsoever. I don't say Noel Bednaz sent me an email that said... I link to the actual email. I don't say she built a website or wrote a blog - I link to the website or blog. I don't allege that she has sent death threats - I link to them. The site I've built isn't written by me. It's written by Noel Bednaz, and archived by me.
I don't accuse her of committing criminal acts. I show you her criminal acts.
Noel Bednaz has never even attempted to meet the burden of proof - a burden of proof that I've met since day one.
