As well as an illustration of the fact that Noel Bednaz cannot spell the word ‘smeared,’ this is further proof that she lives in some sort of Bizarro land where up is down, black is white, true is false and she is innocent. An exercise in futility and delusion- that she announced on three (yes, three) of her blogs.

Further, this site illogically infers that all statements are true, because ‘the identities of the poster are verified.’ How verifying an identity makes a statement true is anyone’s guess, but the fact that she had to verify her identity means that Noel Bednaz, who keeps claiming she is no longer Noel Bednaz, certified that she is Noel Bednaz in order to post this statement, which contains no truth whatsoever.

Confused? Yeah, you probably should be.

Fraud? Who Cares? It's only the law.....

Noel Bednaz, like all true sociopaths, believes the law doesn't apply to her.

For example, she's been running around saying she changed her name since 2003. The only problem is she forgot to bother to legally change her name. I guess in her mind, using an alias (or many) is good enough, which is why the State of Massachusetts, as well as Hampden County, where she lives, have no record of any name change. She's Noel A. Bednaz, no matter what she calls herself at any given moment.

And now she's at it again. She is claiming to have started a 'non-profit' organization to help victims of abuse. Yes, you read that right. This woman who has been convicted of harassment (real-life harassment, no less) and has stalked me and at least 15 others for the past fourteen years, is claiming to have started a non-profit organization to help victims of people such as, well, her.

So what is this 'non-profit?' It's a Facebook Page, a cookie-cutter website on Google Sites, and a Blogspot blog. That's all. No physical address, no official registration, no legal status. It exists on a few social media sites, and in her head. Nowhere else, unless you count all the social media sites where she's been registering as 'the webmaster' of Abuse Victims United, a 'non-profit.' Sites like About.Me, Yahoo, LinkedIn, StumbleUpon....

So first, the Facebook page. Take a look at that. Her 'helping victims of abuse' consists entirely of attacking me and claiming to be my victim (she has a false claim, I have thousands of examples of evidence of her stalking me), - all the same lies she's put on all her blogs and websites since about three years after she started all this. (Before that her big complaint was that I had her criminal dockets on this site. Though perfectly legal, she still complains about that). So there's no difference at all between her previous blogs and websites and this newest idiocy - except now her 'poor, poor me' bullshit has turned into a fake 'non-profit.' The Google Site and Blogspot blog. are essentially the same as the Facebook Page. Same lies, same bullshit, regurgitated yet again.

Oh, and she also neglects to mention that before she landed on Google Sites, her 'non-profit' website was removed by two different hosting companies, Yola.com and Hosting24.com, because it was libelous. So she moved to Google, simply because they don't remove anything (and they have templates that allow even the computer illiterate to build something that almost resembles a website). So why is "Abuse Victims United" not a non-profit? Because non-profits are legal entities with tax-free status, who have met the requirements for that status.

NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS: AN OVERVIEW

A non-profit organization is a group organized for purposes other than generating profit and in which no part of the organization's income is distributed to its members, directors, or officers. Non-profit corporations are often termed "non-stock corporations." They can take the form of a corporation, an individual enterprise (for example, individual charitable contributions), unincorporated association, partnership, foundation (distinguished by its endowment by a founder, it takes the form of a trusteeship), or condominium (joint ownership of common areas by owners of adjacent individual units incorporated under state condominium acts). Non-profit organizations must be designated as nonprofit when created and may only pursue purposes permitted by statutes for non-profit organizations. Non-profit organizations include churches, public schools, public charities, public clinics and hospitals, political organizations, legal aid societies, volunteer services organizations, labor unions, professional associations, research institutes, museums, and some governmental agencies.

Non-profit entities are organized under state law. 7-30-101 to 7-30-119). Some states exempt non-profit organizations from state tax and state employment programs such as unemployment compensation contribution. Some states give non-profit organizations immunity from tort liability (see Massachusetts law giving immunity to a narrow group of non-profit organizations) and other states limit tort liability by enacting a damage cap. State law also governs solicitation privileges and accreditations requirements such as licenses and permits. Each state defines non-profit differently. Some states make distinctions between organizations not operated for profit without charitable goals (like a sports or professional association) and charitable associations in order to determine what legal privileges the respective organizations will be given.

For federal tax purposes, an organization is exempt from taxation if it is organized and operated exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, public safety, literary, educational, prevention of cruelty to children or animals, and/or to develop national or international sports. Social security tax is also currently optional although 80 percent of the organizations elect to participate.

So according to the information above, non-profits are organized under State Law. Noel A. Bednaz (her real, legal name) lives in Massachusetts. So what does Massachusetts say about non-profits (aka Public Charities)?

Registering a Public Charity

All public charities doing business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts must REGISTER with the AGO and, thereafter, file annual financial reports with the Non-Profit Organizations/Public Charities Division (AGO). Any charities that wish to solicit funds must also obtain a "Certificate for Solicitation" before engaging in fundraising activities.

REGISTRATION: Before commencing any operations in the Commonwealth, a determination with respect to whether your organization is a Public Charity, and thus subject to registration must be made. Thus, each organization must REGISTER with the AGO. The REGISTRATION will result in creation of an AGO File and the assignment of an AG Account Number.

All non-profit organizations must register with the Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General. They will then be given an account number by that office.

So Noel, what is the Registration (account) number for Abuse Victims United? Surely you have one, or else every time you've claimed Abuse Victims United is a non-profit would constitute an act of Fraud.

The Sword of Damocles.

Some months ago, Noel Bednaz found a site called Rip-Off Report that allows her to complain about people and businesses and get her complaints into Google's search algorithm. It's perfect for her because the complaints don't have to be true (they aren't) as no one checks them, the companies don't have to exist (it's supposed to be a place where people report companies that have swindled them), and the reports are never taken down (unless you pay them a bunch of money for 'arbitration.' ie, extortion). The whole site is a scam - perfect for Noel Bednaz.

As far as I know, Noel Bednaz has filed three "Rip-Off" reports to date. The first was against my online business, despite the fact that I don't have, and never have had, an online business. It was nothing more than an attempt to hurt my career, something she couldn't possibly do. She even went as far as to say I don't paint my paintings - I use some sort of computer program. Considering I had my first solo show in 1975, it must be one hell of a computer program to be able to run without a computer. You can read about that here.

The second was against Ben Gurecki and Underworld Productions because she was dissatisfied with an LP she bought from them (Charles Manson, of course) that came with a money back guarantee. This was after she infringed their copyright by posting the music on download sites and had received her money back. You can read about that here.

Perhaps the funniest of all, Noel Bednaz filed a Ripoff Report against Facebook. Really. She's apparently upset that they don't let her say any old thing she wants, about anything at all. She sees it as a 'violation of her First Amendment Rights,' showing she has no understanding of the First Amendment whatsoever.

Noel, the First Amendment doesn't mean you can say anything, about anything, anywhere at any time. It simply means that the government (Congress) cannot make a law stopping you from expressing yourself. Congress didn't, Facebook did - and they have every right to. They're a private company, and they can therefore set their own terms of use. You entered into an agreement to follow their rules when you signed up. To get angry when they enforce those rules displays a special kind of stupid. Very reminiscent of you getting angry at the owner of a discussion list 14 years ago because he asked you to take your off-topic discussion somewhere else. What did you call me then? A Dictator? And all because I asked that you please stop talking about cats on a freaking John Lennon Discussion list. You can read about that here.

Now, despite the fact that she knowingly filed three reports that existed entirely of lies against three different entities, and her motivation was simply to use the site to try to hurt those entities, Noel Bednaz has now had a change of heart about Rip-Off Report. Why? Because someone filed a report against her.

Her response? This blog post, in which she suddenly realizes that Rip-Off-Report is a scam (after filing three reports against others over a six month period). Apparently it never occurred to her before. As I said, a special kind of stupid. Either that, or she knew it all along, which makes her a special kind of hypocrite.

My favorite part of her blog post, though, is this:

The plain truth is, "RipOffReport.com" works like a double edged sword. There may be a handful of REAL reports on there like the ones I filed for example but the vast majority of what's featured on the site amounts to nothing but a HUGE pile of smutty bullshit.

I think I'll go with stupid and hypocrite, since she asserts that her three entirely untrue reports about others are "REAL." (they must be, she wrote it in all caps), but the entirely true report about her is false, and proves the site to be "a HUGE pile of smutty bullshit."

Weird, even for Noel Bednaz

Noel just did the expected again - she posted a comment on this blog. What wasn't expected was the level of stupidity in the comment, and the level of stupidity and general weirdness in the blog post it announced.

Might as well start at the beginning. She calls me geriatric. She's been doing that lately. old man, geriatric... I'm 52. She's 40. Neither are geriatric or old by any definition of the words. Moving on, she tells me that "Just because someone redirects their domain to other sites does not mean they cannot use their domain." Um, yeah, no shit. I never said it did.

I said you aren't using your domain, and you didn't have to buy a domain to put up a site on Google sites or a blog on blogspot. I even suggested ways you could use your domain in a previous post. You could put up a legitimate site using that domain. You could put up another libelous site using that domain, and have it removed. Again. Or you could leave it as is, which would mean you needn't have purchased it in the first place.

Noel, I've been building websites for as long as there have been websites. I'm fluent in HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, Javascript... and you've never built a site in your life other than with WYSIWYG editors on free hosting services. Don't tell me about building websites, mm'kay?

Oh, and she also suggested I kill myself. This from a woman who publicly announced her suicide attempts 49 times, and is still here.

So, that was all pretty stupid of her, now on to the stupid AND weird part.

Her logic, such as it is?

A while back she wrote a blog post blaming everything she's ever done (since birth) on some schmuck named Larry Melton. I've never heard of this guy. He's part of her world, not mine. A fellow Manson freak, and apparently a registered sex offender. I completely ignored the post... so that somehow means that by not paying any attention whatsoever to her attempt to pass her actions off onto this schmuck, I therefore not only support the schmuck, but every other schmuck like him.

The fact is, I don't support schmucks - whether they be unnamed, Larry Melton, or Noel Bednaz.

Her Last-Ditch Attempt.

Having had her website removed by two different hosting companies due to its libelous content, Stalker Noel Bednaz finally settled on a host - the same one she's been using all along - Google. The funny thing is she probably doesn't even realize the futility of having bought a domain only to not use it, since Google Sites and Blogspot GIVE you a domain. And she knows that, having numerous blogspot blogs that all say basically the same thing. Same lies over and over, all proven to be untrue on this site.

According to her new blog, she's also proud of having spent 'a few hours' to redirect her newly-purchased-for-no-reason-domain to her site on Google Sites... though anyone who builds websites knows that she could have set up a 301 redirect or pointed the DNS entries to Google in a matter of seconds.

So, a few of her claims, repeated ad nauseam...

She says I obtained her criminal dockets illegally, but the letter requesting them under the FOIA, and the answer, are on this site. She says her 50Megs.com site went down 'when they stopped free hosting' but they still offer free hosting, and the complaint letter to them that resulted in her site's removal is on this site. The bottom line - everything she says on her sites and blogs - whether as Noel Bednaz, Mark Smith, or as one of her numerous blog IDs (CM, Hammer, and so on) is a lie, is libelous, and is proven to be false on this site. Every single claim.

So now her latest attempts to libel me are all on Google, just like all her previous attempts.. well, those that still exist. The dozens of sites she built in the past are all gone, as a result of my reporting them. You'd think she'd get the point - she puts up libelous sites, I report them, the hosting company sees that they're libelous and removes them. Over and over. And over again. Dozens of them.

And she calls this site, Internetstalkerx.org, libelous, though there is a letter from the Chief Corporate Counsel of CI Host, my former hosting company, stating clearly that this site is in no way illegal and contains no libel. After all, all the emails, websites, blog posts, eCards, etc. on the site were written by her. Noel Bednaz, or whatever she wants to call herself today. This site is merely an archive of her libelous actions against me. A really, really big archive, since libeling me seems to be her whole life.

Each one of the blogs listed above, like all those that no longer exist, has multiple entries.

So all that stuff is on Google, and there are a couple of Facebook Pages as well. All tell the exact same lies about how this began, the events that followed, and so forth. So, while she makes her outrageous claims on multiple websites and blogs, and never offers proof (there is no proof to her claims) I have this single website with an attached blog, where I prove every word I say, with her own writings.

And so, I make this offer: To anyone who wants to know the truth for any reason.... because you believe me, or believe her, or are just curious - any reason at all - ask me a question and I will answer it, and PROVE my answer to be true. This offer stands in perpetuity, and it's an offer Noel can never make, because she can't prove anything she says. It's all lies. So go ahead, ask away. Leave a comment, and I'll answer you and link to proof of the veracity of my answer. If you'd rather ask me privately, through the contact form, that's fine too.

She has words. I have proof. She has multiple websites/blogs. I have one. For every one of her sites, there are at least 10 that have been removed due to libel. And she calls me the stalker. I'm just a guy who archives her bullshit so others will know who and what she truly is, and avoid being her target.

Einstein's definition of insanity: Trying the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Noel Bednaz has been doing that for years - this is just the latest example.

After Yola.com removed her website (see below) she rebuilt it with another WYSIWYG editor provided by Zyro.com, and hosted it with Hosting24.com. From the time of my email to them until the site was removed - 40 minutes.

Two companies have removed her site within a day because it's libelous. Think she'll get the point or try for a third strike?

Noel Bednaz has responded to my latest blog post about the removal of her libelous site by Yola.com, in her usual way - by leaving a couple of comments on this blog. The problem is that these comments make less sense than her usual nonsense comments. Keeping in mind that my last post before she put this site up was on March 3, 2014, that she registered her domain a month later on April 1, 2014, and that her site was removed by Yola on April 8, 2014, how can the removal of the site, or my writing about it, be seen as my attacking her?

Another case of unprovoked libel against me, which I rightfully had removed, and I'm the attacker? In Noel's mind, the answer would be yes.
